GLAZE is a light-curing resin that increases the smoothness and gloss of composite and glass ionomer restorations. It seals the marginal gap.
The possibility of Colour Personalisation: In combination with COLOURANT and GLAZE they allow an unlimited number of characteristics to be achieved for the natural colour of the tooth crown restoration. This functionality allows the shade to be precisely matched to the patient’s natural teeth, achieving an excellent aesthetic result.
Giving an excellent smoothness and gloss without polishing.
We cover composite and glass ionomer work with a thin layer of GLAZE to achieve smoothness and gloss without polishing. We ensure surface levelling by flowing the material into fine irregularities, which allows for perfect smoothness and gloss already after exposure. A suitable resin mixture guarantees high mechanical resistance and protection against abrasion.
We carry out staining of prosthetic work by mixing GLAZE with the COLOURANT or FLOW-COLOR stains, which allows an almost unlimited colour palette. We blend composites with each other, especially flow materials, to achieve brighter, more transparent and natural-looking shades.
We seal the marginal gap, which is caused by polymerisation shrinkage during the modelling of the outer layer. GLAZE penetrates the fissure, seals it and effectively protects the restoration from secondary caries.
