We carry out cavity fillings of all classes according to Black. NEXT is a light-curing composite material designed and manufactured according to dentists’ recommendations. This makes modelling extremely easy and comfortable. Its most important benefit is its consistency, allowing for a smooth and accurate flow. This allows very aesthetic surfaces to be modelled, as within a fraction of a second, the composite will take on a shine, without polishing, melting and levelling out all the irregularities caused by the overlay. The large number of tooth-colours makes it possible to produce matching fillings for every patient.
We carry out restorations on a fibre substructure. Large fillings, endocrowns, onlays or inlays become much more durable if they are made on a fibre substructure. NEXT is the ideal composite for restoring the main part of missing tooth tissue when a fibre support is required.
We rebuild fibre-stabilised teeth aesthetically. Periodontally loosened teeth have gaps and look unsightly. We make the stabilisation splint by rebuilding the tangent points by closing the interdental spaces with NEXT composite. This makes the splint more durable and the work more aesthetically pleasing.
We make coloured fillings. In addition to the tooth shades, NEXT is also available in PINK and BLUE. These were designed in response to repeated requests from dentists.
We repair composite and acrylic restorations. Fixed prosthetic restorations faced with acrylic or composite often require repairs or colour changes. NEXT can be used successfully in such cases.
