The filling of cavities of classes I-VI according to Black begins with the preparation of the surface where the composite is to be bonded by etching with e.g. ETCHGEL and a bonding system such as MASTERBOND. Tooth tissues are restored with composite, e.g. NEXT, under-colouring is carried out with the COLOURANT, hard-to-reach areas are filled with flowable composite, e.g. FLOW-ART. The smoothness of the work is imparted with GLAZE.
Large tissue loss are filled by reinforcing the chewing surfaces and missing tooth walls with fibres: CHORDS or COMCORDS. After preparation, we prepare the cavities by etching the surface, e.g. with ETCHGEL and bonding system, e.g. MASTERBOND.
We restore the tooth tissues with NEXT composite, or CREATE composite with increased hardness. We carry out staining with COLOURANT, and fill difficult-to-reach areas with flowable composite, e.g. FLOW-ART. We imitate the gingiva with a mixture of red, pink FLOW-COLOR and FLOW-ART tooth colours.
